Mechanical Surface Preparation
Concrete is diamond ground, vacuumed, and repaired to open the concrete pore structure and ensure permanent mechanical bonding.
Dedicated Moisture Barrier Base Coat
A high-performance moisture barrier epoxy is applied to stop sub-slab moisture vapor before broadcasting flakes.
Full Flake Broadcast
Decorative vinyl flakes are broadcast to full refusal for uniform coverage, durability, and texture.
Scrape & Clear Protective Topcoat
Excess flake is reclaimed and scraped flat, followed by a durable UV-stable clear protective finish.
