Our Story & Philosophy
AES Flooring (Plus3 Resources, LLC) was founded by three retired Army veterans who wanted to build something meaningful for their families and their community. After years of military service, they recognized that the flooring industry too often suffered from rushed jobs, broken promises, and short-lived coatings that peeled under moisture pressure.
Rick Levada and his two business partners chose a different path: build every floor to a higher standard. That means including a dedicated moisture barrier in standard pricing, using mechanical diamond grinding for proper surface profile, and refusing to compromise quality for a gimmicky one-day marketing pitch.
We enjoy helping people improve their homes and businesses. We believe customers deserve straightforward communication from the initial estimate through the final walkthrough. We show up when we say we will, explain the process clearly, and stand behind our work with a five-year warranty against delamination.

As a veteran-led, family-operated business — SDVOSB-certified and independent, not a corporate franchise — we treat every project the way we were trained to treat any job that matters: no shortcuts, no cutting corners, and no walking away until it's done properly.
